The public is invited to join South Whidbey Fire/EMS at the top of the hill for a trunk or treat event. A fire engine will be parked between the event and a designated area for public parking. The only cars participating and offering treats during the event belong to fire department members and staff. These decorated cars will all be numbered, so the public will have a chance to vote on which car
